Trump: We Have Destroyed 42 Iranian Naval Ships in Three Days

U.S. President Donald Trump said that American forces have dealt a devastating blow to Iran’s military capabilities, claiming that dozens of Iranian naval vessels were destroyed in just a few days.

Speaking during a summit in Miami, Trump stated that the United States had eliminated a large portion of Iran’s naval power.

“In the last three days, we destroyed 42 Iranian naval ships,” Trump said during his remarks. “That was the end of their navy.”

He added that the military campaign had also targeted other key parts of Iran’s defense infrastructure.

“We destroyed their navy, we destroyed their air force, and we destroyed their communications,” Trump said, describing the strikes as a decisive blow against Iranian military capabilities.

Earlier this week, U.S. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth announced that an Iranian warship had been sunk during the ongoing operations against Iran.

Meanwhile, United Kingdom is preparing a major naval deployment amid rising tensions in the region.

The Royal Navy has increased the readiness level of the aircraft carrier HMS Prince of Wales, allowing it to be deployed to the Middle East within five days if required.

According to the British Ministry of Defence, the carrier had already been placed on a 10-day high-readiness alert, which has now been reduced to five days as part of preparations for a possible deployment.

The developments come as tensions continue to escalate across the Middle East, raising concerns that the conflict could expand further in the coming days.
